5. Service Availability

We strive to offer uninterrupted internet service. However, scheduled maintenance, unforeseen network issues, or natural causes may result in temporary service interruptions.

6. User Conduct

Users must not engage in any actions that may harm the network, affect other users, or violate applicable laws. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of service without prior notice.
